This policy describes the RedditReach website, Chrome extension, and backend. The service is operated as Reddit Reach at 996 American River Bike Trail, River Gardens, Sacramento, California. For questions or deletion requests: hello@redditreach.app.
Information we process
- Google identity: verified email address, Google account ID, name, and optional profile image. We request openid, email, and profile scopes, not Gmail or Drive access. We store a revocable app session; your Google password is never provided to RedditReach.
- Reddit context: the extension reads the current thread’s URL, title, body, subreddit, and relevant parent comment locally on Reddit pages. It may keep the latest context in extension storage. When you request AI assistance, relevant context, available public rules, and account signals are sent to the backend and Google AI Studio.
- Account signals: when available through your logged-in Reddit page, username, public Karma values, and account age. We do not receive your Reddit password or claim access to hidden moderation signals.
- Projects and replies: website URLs, product descriptions, target audiences, saved threads, generated or user-submitted draft text, and activity records. Activity tracking observes submit clicks and does not verify successful publication or comment retention.
- Billing: Dodo customer, checkout, subscription and payment identifiers; website binding, status, and dates. Card details are handled by Dodo Payments and its processors, not stored by RedditReach.
- Technical data: hosting and payment services may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and secure the service. The app does not intentionally send full draft content or session tokens to diagnostic logs. When configured, Plausible Analytics measures aggregate website visits and product events, including demo plays, sign-in, website saves, checkout links, and successful AI actions. It receives a fixed page or feature path, an event name, limited source/access categories, and the visitor’s IP address and user-agent for aggregate measurement. Analytics events exclude email addresses, account or project IDs, payment references, Reddit URLs, discussion text, and drafts. No analytics cookies or persistent analytics identifiers are set by RedditReach. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Why we use information
To authenticate you, provide requested AI assistance, remember settings, manage paid website access, show saved threads and activity, prevent duplicate charges, and respond to support. We do not sell personal data or use Reddit content for advertising targeting.
Service providers
Google handles sign-in and Google AI Studio handles requested AI processing. Cloudflare provides backend hosting and database storage. The official website is hosted through Sites. Dodo Payments handles checkout and subscriptions. Plausible processes aggregate usage events when enabled; see Plausible’s data policy. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable policies.
AI inputs can contain personal information from a conversation. Avoid sending sensitive content. AI provider retention and use depend on the service account and applicable Google AI Studio terms; RedditReach does not promise zero retention or that every AI request is excluded from provider model improvement. Storage and retention
App sessions last up to seven days and can be revoked by signing out. Extension local storage retains your session, preferences, and recent context until removed or uninstalled. The website stores its session in browser session storage. Project, saved-thread and activity records remain until deleted or a deletion request is completed; the interface shows recent activity for the past 14 days, which is not an automatic database deletion schedule. Payment and security records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Your choices and deletion
You choose when to request AI assistance and what to publish. You can sign out, remove saved threads, clear extension storage, or uninstall. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Cancel recurring billing through Manage billing before requesting account deletion. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use the contact channel on our Contact page. We may need to verify account ownership.
Security and international processing
Connections use HTTPS. Authentication tokens are verified by the backend and payment webhooks are signature-checked. Providers may process information outside your country. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change and show the revised date. Material changes may require additional notice.
